1 ripe avocado
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup coconut milk
- Blend avocado in a food processor.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend together until smooth.
- Add additional cacao and/or honey to suit individual taste.
- Can be served straight away or refrigerated for minimum of 1 hour to allow it to harden.
