Ingredients:
- 1kg chicken breast, cut into 2cm pieces
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon whole peppercorns, to taste
- ½ cup white vinegar
- salt, to season
Method:
- Place chicken, soy sauce and garlic into a bowl to marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil into pan put in the chicken pieces.
- Add the bay leaf and peppercorns and keep on low heat until chicken is cooked
- Add vinegar and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes to form a sauce.
- Serve hot with rice.
