Crispy Baked Pumpkin Seeds

Bake the unshelled seeds from pumpkin carving instead of throwing them out.

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 Cup of pumpkin seeds (1 large pumpkin)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • A pinch of salt

 

Method:
  1. Toss seeds with a small amount of oil. Spread seeds on a baking sheet and bake at 180°C for 10 – 15 minutes or until crisp.
  2. Salt lightly, if desired.
