Ingredients:
- 1 packet orange jelly
- 1 packet red jelly
- 1 mango, peeled and diced
- 1 punnet strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 200g green seedless grapes, halved
Method:
- Set out six clear plastic wine goblets or cups (or glass if serving for adults).
- Make up the red jelly as per the packet instructions. Fill each cup one-third full of the red jelly.
- Take a tablespoon of fruit and place it into the unset jelly. Refrigerate until set.
- Make up the orange jelly as per the instructions. Gently pour over the red jelly, adding 1/3 cup to each cup. Add a tablespoon of the remaining fruit mix into each cup and refrigerate until set.
