- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon mustard powder
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- 6 fresh corn cobs, husks removed
- Combine oil, smoked paprika, chili powder, dry mustard and cumin. Spread oil mixture over cobs of corn.
- Grill corn over medium heat on grill barbecue, turning occasionally and basting with leftover mixture, until lightly browned, for 15 – 20 minutes.
